The Ultimate HIWG CD

From now on I'll upload a new version of the HIWG CD when and if I get new material for it first Sunday each month.

The file contains about 600MB of documents and software written by Traveller fans in the now defunct HIWG, covering everything from sector design to faction reports of the Rebellion and Design rules for MegaTraveller primarily. The download file is zipped and is about 230MB large.
